At the 2019 MLA Convention, two linked panels will try to answer the question, “What do we teach when we teach DH?”
Session 089 (Thursday, 3 January, 3:30-4:45 pm in Hyatt Regency – Columbus H) focuses on curriculum and experience and features the following scholars:
- Anastasia Salter, University of Central Florida
- Grant Glass, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
- Molly Des Jardins, University of Pennsylvania
- Mitchell Ogden, University of Wisconsin—Stout
Session 639 (Sunday, 6 January, 8:30-9:45 am in Hyatt Regency – Columbus G) focuses on labor and ethics and features the following scholars:
- Jason Helms, Texas Christian University
- Shahar Shapira, Simon Fraser University
- Ela Przybylo, Simon Fraser University
- Lindsay Thomas, University of Miami
- Susan Schreibman, Maynooth University
Each of the scholars has been asked to provide a short provocation, highlighting the areas that their presentation will address. Read these provocations at the links above.
